Les Affections de Longue Durée (ALD) concernent des maladies chroniques nécessitant des soins coûteux, aujourd’hui pris en charge à 100 %. Ce dispositif est vital pour de nombreuses personnes en situation de handicap, leur garantissant l’accès aux traitements sans reste à charge.

✨ Marche du Handicap – Le Mans, 30 novembre 2024 ✨ L’association Les Étincelles 72 a organisé sa première marche inclusive au Mans, rassemblant une centaine de participants autour du slogan « Ensemble Marchons ! ».
